Pretty Pastels

Happy first day of Spring!  Although the calendar says it's Spring I am dying for mother nature to check the date; I cannot wait for nice, warm weather, & to be able to enjoy the longer days.  Most importantly though I cannot wait for Spring fashion.  I am so over bulky sweaters, dark colors, & freezing my ass off.  Since my weather forecast is looking rather bleak for the next 10 days (warmth, then rain, then cold, then snow, then who knows what else, see why I'm dying?!) I am left dreaming about being able to dress myself in the prettiest Spring pastels.

Each of these pieces are super chic, & I am in love with all the gorgeous colors.  Pastels are huge for Spring, & any of these would make a great addition to update your wardrobe for the season.  Whether you incorporate pastels into your look in the form of jewelry, nail color, shoes, or clothes, it will be sure to brighten up any look.  Now all we need is the weather to brighten up & we will be golden.  I just believe everything is better when the weather is nice!

On a sort of separate note I cannot believe that it is already Spring!  It is crazy to think that we are already more then half way through the semester & that it is almost April.  I feel like 2014 is flying by.  Yesterday I had my first orientation meeting for my trip to Greece & I am elated that I leave in only 8 short weeks!  We learned about where we will be going, where we be staying, & all about the food & climate.  I need to get on making a list of what I need, & am hoping to do a post about the trip details!  I am looking for any & all advice about traveling to Europe (especially Greece).  There are so many exciting things coming up that I am pumped for!  How has your 2014 been so far?  Do you feel like the year is flying by?
