I have always had a thing for pretty school supplies and a cute agenda has been an absolute necessity for me since I started college. I am super Type-A, especially when it comes to school, so I have to keep all of my assignments, appointments, and more as organized as I can. There have been so many times where I have been thankful that I took the extra time to write down an assignment because I most likely would have forgotten about it if I didn't. While I like to keep everything together sometimes I can slack off a bit (who doesn't?!) so having something as adorable as the agendas above to write in makes it that much easier for me to remember to write things down and consequently keep track of everything.
I admit I'm totally that girl that gets excited about writing in her agenda, especially when it's new! There's just something about actually writing out my schedule that I love. My best tip for using an agenda in college is to take the time after you receive all your syllabi to go through each one and write down all of your homework, assignment, and exam dates. Sometimes dates do change, but I have found that doing this is a huge help for me and it allows me to have a better idea of my school and school work schedule. I also like to keep a list of where my classes are located in my agenda, which is always a big help the first couple days of school.
This year I'm a little behind on the game and haven't purchased my planer yet (#superseniorproblems). I do have my eye on the gold one above from ban.dō though and have been checking out some of the pretty personalized ones on Etsy too. All I have left to do is make a decision!

I love Lilly planners. I'm currently debating buying one, especially the one in elephant print. I can't live with out mine.

These planners are so cute. I usually buy one every year and then never use them :(
