I found this great homemade tooth whitening recipe on Pinterest. This mixture is a much cheaper alternative to pricey strips, trays, paints, & other products used for whitening. It also only has a few ingredients as opposed to store brought products.
Ingredients:
1 tsp. toothpaste
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. hydrogen peroxide
1/2 tsp. water
I usually whiten my teeth about once a year with Crest Whitening Strips, but am replacing them this year with the homemade stuff.
What do you think of this mixture? What whitening products do you usually use?
I've done this before and it definitely works!! And its all things I have in the house, which in my head means freee (even though at some point I bought those things).
ReplyDeleteI think the exact same way! If I don't have to buy anything new it equals to free for me!

I am so curious as to if this really works! B uses Arm and Hammer toothpaste and it did nothing for my teeths.
