1/4 cup orange juice, add more if too thick
6 oz. Chobani Greek Yogurt in Vanilla (or any fruit flavor will do)
3-4 frozen strawberries
4-5 chunks frozen pineapple
Handful frozen blueberries
-Add orange juice, yogurt, & frozen fruit to blender.
-Mix until smooth & everything is blended.
-Enjoy!
This recipe is simple & very relaxed, all the ingredients are estimated. I sometimes add raspberries & blackberries too (a few of each). I make my smoothie in a Magic Bullet so it basically comes down to how much I can fit in there. You could add some banana, as well, but I find that its flavor overpowers the whole smoothie. I really like my smoothies super thick so if you want a more liquid-y one, you just have to add more orange juice. The great thing about this recipe is that you can play around with the recipe & find out what works for you & the blender you are using. This tasty treat is packed with antioxidants from the berries & protein from the yogurt. It makes a great breakfast or lunch & keeps you full for a long time.
